What is a valid YouTube email?
The email account associated with your YouTube account or ANY gmail account work.

How do I watch the class?
– click on the link emailed to you to attend class.
– Save this link! you can come back and watch this video anytime.

How do I ensure the best LIVE stream viewing?
– Connect to the internet with a landline versus using wi-fi
– Check your internet speed at: speedtest.net
– 1 Mbps or more is good enough, a higher speed of 2 Mbps is preferable

What do I need to bring to class?
– Each webinar is unique and will have a Class Materials list on the product/webinar description so you can be prepared for the workshop experience.

Tell me more about the registration process
– after purchasing the workshop, you will be redirected to a thank you page.
– within 24 hours you will be emailed a link to the live stream viewing page.

What if I miss the live broadcast?
– the link to the class will still be valid for you to watch and re-watch at your leisure, as many times as you like

How do I ask a question during the webinar? Will my question be answered during the presentation?
– During each webinar you can ask a question by typing it into the chat box that appears on your webinar screen. As many questions as possible will be answered during the Question and Answer period scheduled as part of each webinar.

Can I get a copy of the PowerPoint slides used in the webinar?
-The PowerPoint slides will not be available after the webinar has taken place.

Can i Get a DVD of the class?
-Yes. You may obtain a herd copy DVD of the workshop if you need, however there is an extra charge of $19.99. Otherwise, once you register for an online workshop, you have unlimited access to watch and re-watch that workshop online, via your computer, ipad, or mobile device. To order a DVD of a workshop please email info@airbrushtattoopro.com.

Does it cost anything to participate?
Once you have registered for the class you will be able to participate during the live broadcast – there is no additional fee for participation or re-watching the workshop at a later date.

How do I sign up for a webinar?
Just click the registration link on the webinar page. As soon as your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access the webinar. On the day of the webinar, click the link (about 10 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended) and you will see the welcome screen for the webinar.
